Workers’ Compensation
Workers’ Compensation claims must be authorized by your employer. Prior to your appointment, please provide the following:
National Spine & Pain Centers is associated with numerous Workers’ Compensation networks. We advise all patients to verify Workers’ Compensation coverage with their employer as any and all financial liability ultimately is the patient’s responsibility. For a full list of accepted workers’ compensation networks please contact the office directly. Please note, we do not accept out of state workers’ compensation claims.
